I was unable to print the configuration page by following ricohs instructions of holding down the stop/start button for 3 seconds.
The method that worked for me:
turn printer off
Hold down stop/start button
Turn printer on with stop/start button still pressed down
Wait for around 13 seconds
Then it will print the configuration page
