In this video, we have discussed The RTE Act, 2009 which incorporates in it "Free and Compulsory Education" for all children between the age group 6-14 years. RTE Act comes under the 86th Amendment Act, Article 21-A, RTE came into force from 1st April 2010 in India except for J & K. All the important points of RTE have been discussed in this single video with some practice questions based on RTE Act, 2009.
