Ingredients for Bacon Wrapped Onion Bombs:
Amounts will vary based on the number and size of Meatballs, so I am just listing the ingredients.
* Ground Beef
* Ground Pork
* White or Yellow Onion
* Thin Cut Bacon
* Cheddar Cheese
Seasoning I used, but get creative and use whatever you like:
* Homemade coffee rub (to season outer layer)
* Parsley (for meat mixture)
* Beazells Cajun Seasoning (for meat mixture)
