Today I am showing you the recipe for memon masoor biryani. This tastes very delicious and it is very simple to make. Everyone has masoor dal at home, and it is very affordable.
Ingredients:
- Masar dal- 1 1/2 cup
- 2 large potato
- 2 medium onion
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 TBSP dahniya powder
- 1 tsp red chilli or to taste
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp mint
- soak masar two hours before in water
- For rice three cup rice soak rice two hour before boiling water. Add six tea spoon salt, two midium stick cinnamon to the water before boiling.
When you see 1 boil in the rice put one tea spoon viniger into rice. When you see the rice has become long drain out all water. Keep half of the rice separate for layers
Note: Adding vinegar when boiling rice will prevent the rice from breaking and becoming mushy
