Here’s what I would order from Mcdonald's. Nothing. If you are in a bind and on the go, I will stick with all of the protein sources without the carbs. This means you can order any burger and remove the bun. You could go as far as ordering a grilled chicken salad, but just be careful of the sneaky sugar-loaded fruit and dressings they try and put in there. Lastly, if you want to save money, you can order beef patties alone and they charge you less than ordering a burger without a bun.
