One of the five superbosses "NM (Named Monsters)/UM (Unique Monsters) at the end of Xenoblade Chronicles. The 5 Superbosses are over level 99 along with special traits as well as dropping special armor.

Generally, they should be fought post-game, but you can fight them before beating the game with a little setup as long as knowledge of the battle system.
