There's a helpful mantra that says "If you want to change your life, change your habits." This is true, but if you want to change your habits and make them stick, something has to change within us – in our heart. This series explores those habits that go beyond attending slimming world and stopping smoking. It's all about the habits of a healthy heart.

Who do you think you lie to the most? Research shows it's you! We tell lies to ourselves all the time. So when it comes to wanting to change, we tell ourselves to change our external behaviours. But where are those behaviours born? In the heart. If you want to change your life, change your habits. If you want to change your habits, allow God to change your heart. What issue might you be hiding or what bad habit are you ignoring? You cannot change what you won't confront. Maybe the habit of self-examination is what is needed…

The Forge Community Church is a church in Suffolk with a mission to help people find and follow Jesus. The Forge meet physically in Debenham Community Center and have environments for adults kids and youth. We also offer church online so you can connect with the Forge anywhere, anytime, not just those in Mid Suffolk.
