Asteroid belt is a torus-shaped region located between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. This belt contains ~1.9 million asteroids about 200 asteroids larger than 100 kilometers. Vesta was discovered on 29 March 1807, it's the brightest asteroid in solar system occasionally visible from surface of Earth.

Vesta holds the title of second largest asteroid with a mean diameter of 525 kilometers and a mass of 260 Quintillion kilograms. What if Vesta Hits The Earth? It's impact will produce energy ~72.8 billion megatons of TNT.

It's impact will produce a strong shock wave and a magnitude 9 earthquake around the world collapsing almost all the human made structures. Only the ISS astronauts will survive but due to limited supplies, they won't last long.
