This washing recycling line is used for crushing, washing, drying the waste plastic, such as LDPE foil, LLDPE, PE, HDPE film, bags, agricultural film, shopping bags, PP woven bags, PP big bags, PP non woven, fiber waste, industrial film, and waste films, boxes, HDPE bottles, PP PE drums, hard plastic.
2. Model
From 300kg/h to 2000kg/h
We supply machines and systems for washing, separation and drying for used, contaminated and mixed plastics. The lines start off with waste material – often pressed in bales – and end up with clean, pure and dry regrind or flakes, ready for densifying, re-extrusion or injection moulding. Our Regulus washing lines have been designed in a particular sequence in order to achieve, after every process stage, an improved quality of the flakes, to save energy and to reduce the amount of fresh water required for the end product. In modular design from simple wet shredding to the industrial washing line.

2. crushing process
Large waste plastic materials are crushed into small pieces. The Size Reduction Process improves the washing result and makes the final product easy to be packed.
3. Washing cleaning process
Dust, sand, glue, label, oil and other impurities can be removed highly effective by washing process. This process combines high speed friction washing, floating washing tank.
4. Drying process
One of the last stages of the washing process is to dry the materials to a processing-capable residual moisture content. New technology squeezing dryer is used to remove the moisture in the wet plastic material. Final mositure is around 3%.
