In my fictional universe. In 1844, revolutions occurred all over Quion, ending with the fall of Sufeon to rebels. They were moderately successful with the Heian government being overthrown and the collapse of Sufeon getting split into multiple pieces. The revolutions led to more liberties with failed rebels immigrating too overseas like Celestia.
