The federal ethics commissioner has cleared Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of wrongdoing in last summer's WE Charity scandal, but not the former finance minister. Bill Morneau was found to be in violation of the Conflict of Interest Act over his close relationship with WE's Craig and Marc Kielburger.
