January 27th is the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the date designated by the United Nations as International Holocaust Memorial Day. For Deputy Press Attachée Tamara Sternberg-Greller, as for countless others whose family members survived the horrors of the Holocaust, this day is bittersweet and an important marker to ensure the Holocaust will never be forgotten.
