On 20 March, The Hague Institute welcomed the Honorable Michael Kirby, Australia's former Justice of the High Court and Chairman of the UN commission that Investigated human rights abuses in North Korea for the past year.
The interview was held during Judge Kirby's public event which announced the human rights report's findings and recommendations, including a call for the international community to take action and for the UN Security Council to adopt sanctions against North Korea.
