IPS Inter Press Service UN Bureau organized a Webinar on the impact of Covid19 on women and girls. The all women panel of speakers and moderator emphasized the critical need for policy actions for the all too often neglected - the double, triple and even quadruple inequalities that women and girls face in emergency situations. An impact that necessitates the application of a ‘ gender lens ‘ not only to the Covid19 crisis, but all crisis more generally .
