Mpumalanga Premier, Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane announced changes to her cabinet in Mbombela this morning. Vusi Mkhatshwa who was the MEC for Finance and Mohita Latchminarain who was responsible for Public, Works, Roads and Transport have been axed. Mandla Msibi has been re-appointed as MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs. This follows, the withdrawal of the murder charges against him last month.
