🇦🇺 Australian Border Update 🇦🇺

Hello Friends, the wait is finally over. After almost 2 years, Australia is going to reopen its international borders and welcome fully vaccinated tourists from February 21st.

I shot this video to share how excited I am and to let you guys know the rules for entry to Australia.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison made the announcement on Monday, February 7, just hours after the government’s national security committee was briefed on the latest health advice. He said the move would be a welcome boost to the tourism sector which had experienced a downturn due to the virus and the loss of foreign visitors.

Here are a few things you will need to keep in mind:

• You should be Fully Vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the ATAGI, with at least 7 days since the last dose.
• If you are unvaccinated, you will need to seek an exemption before you travel.
• Unvaccinated travellers will also have to quarantine for 7 days upon arrival instead of the earlier 14 days mandate.
