A simple and easy tomato sambal to whip up in 25 minutes for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients:
Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
Mixed Spice: Half teaspoon
Curry Leaves: 8 leaves
Green Chilli: Half (around 3 inches)
Onion: 1, small
Garlic: 3 cloves
Tomato: 2, medium
Chilli Powder: 2 tablespoons
Salt: To taste
Water: 1.5 cups
Instructions:
1. In a pan of medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add mixed spice, curry leaves, green chilli, onion and garlic. Saute until caramelised.
2. Add diced tomatoes and a splash of water.
3. Simmer until mixture thickens up (around 5 minutes)
4. Add chilli powder and 1 cup of water.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Cook until desired consistency and enjoy.
* if it is too spicy for your liking, add some milk to reduce spice level.
