1. Cinnamon
2. Green Cardamom
3. Clove
Taken in equal quantities and all ground up
Tamarind sauce:
1.Tamarind
2.Sugar
3.Water
Taking equal amounts of water and sugar and forming a syrup. Add tamarind to it and boil for 3 minutes and strain.
