Today we are "dialing it down"! The motto of Free Spirits is that you don't have to STOP DRINKING, you can just cut the percentage down a tad (if you want!)

Let me make it fool proof: The original Bees Knees cocktail has 2oz (60ml) of gin. This version, you can either do a full 2oz (60ml) of Free Spirits Gin, OR you can "dial it down" AKA: 1oz of gin and 1oz of Free Spirits Gin; making your cocktail half as strong, but still enjoying the same volume of cocktail. I actually prefer a Bees Knees with half and half, there is something about the FS gin that reaaaaaaaaaaaally brings out the citrus in the drink. It's SO. DELICIOUS.
