Cush core is a foam insert that eliminates nearly all pinch flats, acts as a bead lock, improves traction and ride quality. Sounds likes a win win, why wouldn't your run in it? IT'S REALLY HARD TO INSTALL (and expensive). In this video you will get to watch Phil struggle to install cush core. I should add, I did watch the installation guide multiple times, but even after doing that, my first experience with installing the cush core insert was very frustrating.
