McShorty Recipe:
3 lbs beef short ribs (8 pieces)
4 hoagies
2-4 dill pickles
1 white onion
Dry Rub:
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Bbq sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar (preference)
1 tsp liquid smoke (optional) (or use 1 Tbsp molasses)
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
Oven bake at 250f for about 2 hours until the short ribs then remove and slab on your bbq sauce. Cover them and put them back in the oven for another 1-2 hours or until they’re falling apart and the bones get removed easily
