It took a bit to get this one finished but we're finally here!
I wasn't really sure how I wanted this to sound until I messed around with it enough until I liked something! Once I found my groove with the project, the rest came to me naturally!

For this one, I chose to add in acoustic guitar instead of electric to see how the vibe sounded and I really liked how it turned out! Also, I made sure to focus on making the vocals come through nicely in the song. I'm super proud of how the mix ended up as well!
The reason why I chose to do a Drum & Bass remix was because I ended up listening to a lot of well produced Drum & Bass tracks on soundcloud and I got inspired to make something similar!! Here's the track that got me inspired to make my remix the way it was! [ Ссылка ]

For the vocals, I used a new mic! I ended up buying the Sennheiser MD 441U since I'm still in an apartment in the city. The Polar Pattern is Supercardioid so it blocks out a lot of background noises if they are present (like cars passing by or pets barking/making noise outside my apartment). Also, the clarity on this guy is amazing compared to my last microphone!!! I really love how my vocals ended up sounding on it!
Speaking of which, I really didn't think I could have sang this song!! I somehow did it!!! Eve's range is literally insane!! His range on this song is so big! I was mainly worried about hitting the high Bb consistently when recording this song, but with lots of redos and tons of comping, I was able to get something I'm really happy with! I hope you guys like my vocals on this one!

In the end, I'm extremely happy with how this project turned out! I hope you guys like it!
