200gm - basmati soaked rice
4 to 5 - chopped mushroom
2 - chopped onions
2 tbsp - chopped garlic
2 to 3 - chopped green chilli
1 cup - chopped capsicum
3 tbsp - spring onion(optional)
3 tbsp - oil
salt - to taste
