Hello everyone!
In this video we continue our tour of Limburg, the first written mention of which dates back to 910.
We will start this walk from the Old Bridge, pass by the "House of Seven Sins" and admire the interesting images on the facade of this house.

Next we will walk past the antique cafe "Fish" and turn onto the street that leads to the Cathedral.
The Cathedral of St. George was built in 1235 and is currently considered by the people of Hesse to be the most beautiful in the federal state.
After a short excursion on the territory of the Cathedral, we will proceed to the Old Town, where there are also many interesting moments and details that are worth paying attention to.

Here, in the center of the Old Town, we see that the facades of the buildings are decorated with carved elements and ornaments.
Thanks to the efforts of the authorities and home owners, today the old streets of the city, from the point of view of the protection of historical monuments, look simply exemplary.
The Crocodile House at Plötzplatz 14, built in the 16th century by a wealthy spice merchant, illustrates the story of the Old Testament prophet Jonah, who was swallowed by a large fish in the sea.
The carved figures under the bay window of the house attract the attention of tourists.

Walking through the city, you never cease to enjoy the beauty of the facades and balconies of houses decorated with carvings from the Baroque and Renaissance styles.
