PD Daniel Günther and Prof. Sven Scheffler are treating a patient with focal cartilage defects in the knee. The team demonstrates an arthroscopic approach. During the procedure, they use a cartilage punching tool and a central guide wire by Geistlich Surgery. To fix the damage at the cartilage, they apply the AMIC® Chondro-Gide® membrane by Geistlich Surgery. The moderators of the session are MD Martin Volz and Jun.-Prof. Thomas Pfeiffer. Together, the surgeons discuss each step of the procedure and answer common questions about the technique.
