Note: King Indradyumna was a Malava ruler and son of King Bharata. No one was comparable to his principled nature. Being the awesome aficionado of Lord Vishnu, Indradyumna once heard about Nila Madhava(an incarnation of Lord Vishnu), looked for him everywhere, and was informed by one priest named Vidyapati about Nila Madhava who was being worshipped by Sabar Viswavasu at Nilagiri, the king reached the spot but couldn't discover Nila Madhava. Afterwards, King was instructed by the Supreme God to construct a temple for him where he would be adored within the shape of Daru Brahma or absolute truth manifested within the wooden shape. The incredible devotee King Indradyumna himself had voyaged to Brahmaloka and requested Lord Brahma to consecrate the temple and the encompassing area, known as Shri Kshetra. Ruler Indradyumna had set up the Idle of Lord Jagannath there in Puri.
