Re: Saving Your Game
Hello all my fellow shooters!
So I know many of you are having saving issues and wanted to take a moment to make a short video to hopefully help some of you out.
If you HAVE NOT had a Combat Power (CP) data save on ABI's server that is higher than your current CP and are receiving the following message 'Data is synched with this device. Restart the progress.', please review this post.
Everyday before you start playing you should take the following steps.
1. Open and close your game.
2. Attempt to save.
3. If you receive the following message 'Data is synched with this device. Restart the progress.' close the game. DO NOT hit 'OK'. Swipe out of the game.
4. Reopen the game.
5. Save the game in the profile section.
6. Save the game in the settings section.

This should result in a good save.
If you have a secondary device and want to verify your data is saved.
1. Do not log of of your profile on your main device.
2. Log in to your profile on your secondary device.
3. Compare your profile between the 2 devices. If your profile matches, your data is saved on ABI's servers.
4. Log out of your secondary device. DO NOT save on your secondary device.
You should complete the initial 6 steps everyday before playing. You should also complete these steps after every game progression, ie. gaining a star, updating the matrix, making an in game purchase etc etc. It is advisable to also take screen shots every time you make an advancement in the game in case you need to furnish this information to ABI.
If you have had a loss of CP and you cannot currently raise your CP to match or improve upon what it formerly was (ie gaining matrix pieces, upgrading, gaining a star from your highest unbeaten level), you will not be able to complete a good save and will need to contact ABI for assistance via Discord ([ Ссылка ] ), the official GAAS FB page ([ Ссылка ]), Messenger ([ Ссылка ]), or through the games Feedback section under Menu.
This video and information will also be posted to my Youtube channel( [ Ссылка ]) when I have a moment for future reference until the Save function is fixed by ABI.
Another post will be coming in the future on how to unsync your device from a profile if you are having a problem logging out of one profiles and into another. You do not need to uninstall/reinstall as this may cause you to have to update to a version you currently might not want to be on.
Just a reminder if you are experiencing saving problems, this is NOT an official GAAS FB page and is not administered or moderated by GAAS employees. I am a player just like yourself and cannot help you with saving issues.

The option for dual saving is no longer applicable. You can no longer save in the 'settings' section. Please disregard the following step above '6. Save the game in the settings section.'.
