This was recorded in mid June, 2014. The winds were straight line and gusting to above 60 MPH. The winds created a sedge. a wind blown tide. The wind blew the water out of the bay. the water went down 18" and when the water surged back, 15 min. later, the temp. of the water had dropped from 58 (F) before, to 43(F) after.
