Kiwanis Club of Eastern Antipolo Christmas Gift Giving Year 3: A Resounding Success
On December 14, 2024, the Kiwanis Club of Eastern Antipolo once again brought smiles and joy to the community during its Year 3 Christmas Gift Giving project, which catered to 300 children beneficiaries. This year’s heartwarming event was held at Zapanta Compound, Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City, and marked yet another milestone in the club’s unwavering commitment to serving children and families in need.
The project served children in batches, ensuring that joy was shared across various communities:
150 kids from Zapanta Compound and Sitio Kaila,
50 kids from Sitio Bueno, Antipolo, and
100 kids from Sitio Ibabaw, Teresa.
The success of this project was made possible through the collective efforts of the club members, led by Project Chair Kwn. Amalia Belen and Co-Chair Patricia Raquiza. Their dedication was strongly supported by fellow members: Kwn. Fely Contrevida, Kwn. Sheilo Macatangay, PLtGov. Loyti Contrevida, IPP Rodel Macatangay, Kwn. Yehsa Cervantes, Kwn. Neri Abrenica, Kwn. Abbie Naungayan, and Club President Jayson Dellomes.
This annual tradition continues to thrive, thanks to the unwavering support of our generous sponsors. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to PLG Marie Pel, who sponsored 300 hams for the Noche Buena packages, ensuring that each child experienced the warmth of the season. Special recognition also goes to PDG Rucil “Toto” Contrevida and Lady Fely Contrevida for providing the venue for this meaningful event every year.
To our dear sponsors, we are truly blessed to have you as our yearly benefactors. Your unwavering generosity and support have brought joy and hope to the children we serve. May the Lord bless you tenfold for all that you have shared and continue to share with these young hearts.
On behalf of the Kiwanis Club of Eastern Antipolo officers and members, we express our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this project. Your kindness and support make it possible for us to continue sharing the joy of Christmas with the children in our community.
May this holiday season bring you and your loved ones abundance, joy, and love. Together, let us continue making a positive impact—one child and one community at a time.
