Some of the smelliest drains to unclog are kitchen sinks and lavatory sinks. 99% of the time you put the snake in, unclog it and pull it out and the snake is black with crud! One thing you will find in lavatory sinks vs. kitchen sinks is caked up toothpaste that will gum up a pipe faster than you can say gummed pipe. It takes years of build up but toothpaste will certainly have the same affect on a lavatory drain as grease has on a kitchen drain!
