It is funny how a little country music and montage makes this whole experience look like it was so pleasant. This was a nightmare that took months to sort out with Thames Water. The guys who came to do the actual job were great, but the administrative process that the organisation runs is scandalous. It makes me wonder how many people are currently drinking water that goes over the lead limit right now.
