DRAW ALONG PORTRAIT EXERCISES and Step-By-Step Demo
Drawing along is a great way to learn the basic fundamentals of head drawing. This is a great example of how I like to practice on my own. Pick three portrait references to draw and make it a study session for the day. I go light on the value stage to keep it more about the head construction and less about the "Smudgy Stuff" as my friend Simon says (IG @simonhoward35).
