I also get a lot of questions about what gear I recommend. Below I have also listed my favorite skateboarding gear. After a few years skating several different brands these have been the best that hold up to abuse and the ones I now use.
Best Pads: I love my 187 Killer Pads. I tried a bunch of options when I started and they all fell apart when riding transition and vert. Nothing holds up better than 187 Killer Pads. Their team has been so great and even created my current pair custom with reinforced leather bottoms of my knee pads. See more at [ Ссылка ]
Best Boards: I have ridden many boards that have chipped, cracked and worn out or broke. Once I started riding the Powell Flight Decks I fell in love. #flightdeckconstruction They maintain their pop and last longer than any other boards I have used. Best Bearings: Bones Super REDS Skateboard Bearings are reasonably priced and hold up well. I have tried the lower end and for sure suggest bumping to these. However the higher end bearings I didn’t see much improvement over these.
Best Helmets: Triple Eight Sweatsaver Liner Skateboarding Helmets are the BEST. They are super comfortable and the liner is perfect. So much better than the other helmets I tried especially if you live somewhere hot and ride a lot of transition and vert. See more [ Ссылка ]
