Initially I went to Livspace and Homelane, which end up with a bitter experience. Specifically, I ended up in a deal with livspace and paid them 70k to book the project. After that 2 months we visited multiple times to their Kurla showroom but the design was not finalized due to super reluctant designer. It was really a bad experience and finally we scrap that.
Started looking for a local designer and met the person Mahesh Bakle. I would say that the designer did not flaunt any 3d or some exaggerated design exercise which made me nurvous in the beginning since I was very particular about the design.
But he started the project quickly, step by step he completed the project in 2 months. In each step he took approval or discussed the whole process which gave me much flexibility in terms of design.
I would suggest you should go for local designer instead of going to these online giants.
