Jamie Seabrook performing Short Form 3 which is the required form for promotion to Green Belt in American Kenpo Karate. Short 3 is the start of the encyclopedia forms because it is the first form (kata) which shows our self-defense techniques. It is also the only form which is done on one side and the first form which starts at attention stance following the salutation.
