Hey Fam,
I posted on Reddit about a year ago, where I used Flitz, to buff out the greying fenders and low and behold that did not stick and it came back. Many of you said it would, but I had hope. Oh well...
I plastic-dipped my wheels awhile back and there holding up super good. So I decided to do the same for the fenders.
I've been meaning to this project for a while. I had a few days with nice weather and no work so I decided to tackle Pladti-Dipping the faded fenders on my 2001 Tacoma (Erma) - I was already about 2/3s through the project when I decided to do a walkthrough video of the steps I took.
I used most of 1 can of primer and almost two cans of Plati Dip Matte black for all 4 fenders.
