Ingredients -

Serving 3-4 Person

1 Cup Moraiyo/Bhagar/Varai/Sama Rice
2 Cup Water
As per taste Rock Salt/Sendha Namak
250 grams Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2-3 Chopped Green Chilli
1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
As required Oil (For Deep Fry)

Serve it with Farali Chutney or Curd
