SZLH678a2 high grade ring die pellet mill is mainly used for large sized feed mills producing kinds of granule feed which can reduce the cost. It is suitable for chicken, duck, goose, pig, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp, crab breeding and etc.


1. The main transmission casing is made by HT250 high strength casting with large bearing, good stability, long service life.

2. Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency; the capacity could be 15% higher than belt pellet mill.

3. High precision aircraft grade gear grinding process is adopted for ensure the stable and low noisy gear driving.

4. The feeding system of this machine is controlled by infinitely variable frequency motor, and easy to adjust the speed.

5. New type safety pin protection device, more stable and safe. Be equipped with safety pin which will break for protection when main motor overloaded.

6. Full stainless steel feeder, conditioner and door cover will avoid the corrosion to pollute the raw material, with long service life.

7. Humanized design, careful for safety operation and use: the door cover is equipped with travel switch, the main motor will automatically power off to achieve active protection when the door cover opened, , in addition, the transmission parts are with closed shell.

8. The ring die are assembled with clamp type which is easy to change and reliable in driving

9. Automatic thin oil cooling system can reduce the working temperature of gear box to improve the working stability of pellet mill, and also reduce the maintenance cost.

10. Use motorized ring die lifting device which make the ring die replacement more safe, fast and convenient.

11. Be equipped with two layer stainless steel single shaft conditioner which is suitable for processing of normal poultry feed and ruminant feed. Big opening structure for conditioner will make the maintenance more easily.

12. Integrated design for big door cover, feeding chute and outside discharging can ensure the leakproofness, no leakage of dust and steam.
