This was just me trying out "blender"
an open source 3D modelling software.
Before I used blender I took some original frames from
return to split point.
I recoloured the frames, as well as flipping them
vertically and horizontally.

I downloaded a free 3D model of a spacecraft, and
Inside blender - as well as colouring and shading the model,
I also animated the models movement relative to the animation.

Then inside after effects I layered the spaceship image sequence over the
fractal animation and added the thrusters glow at this point also.

If I get a good response from this video then I may have to try to hone my skills with blender a little bit more......
