Try these agility ladder drills to improve your boxing footwork and overall physical readiness.
The drills are divided into four categories:
-speed & agility
-ankle stiffness for reactive strength and injury prevention
-boxing specific footwork drills for moving forward, backwards, left and right, with or without punches
-core strength and upper body endurance.
Use these drills as a warm-up before your training, or in a separate speed & agility session.
