When I attempt to charge either of the batteries with the Turnigy Accucell 6 charger, I am unable to charge. I have plugged into the main output, then plugged in the balance port. Setting the charger for standard LiPO charge, it stops after 5 seconds, then gives error "battery vol err cell low vol." I have tried this with each battery.

I have tried different charge settings as well. "Balance charge" gives the same result as does "Discharge."

The only thing I can get to work at all is to perform a "Fast Charge" with it set to.1 amps WITHOUT the balance port connected.

I have followed the standard instructions for this charger (which you don't provide by the way, I had to find them online) and it will not do 95% of what it is supposed to do.

Also, if I disconnect the balance port on most charge settings, the charger powers off then back on (rebooting itself?) each time.
