CAN YOU BEAT POKEMON FIRE RED AND LEAF GREEN WITH ONLY A CASTFORM USING THE WEATHER?! (NO ITEMS IN BATTLE)

In this video I will be attempting to beat Pokemon Fire Red (and by extension Pokemon Leaf Green) with a SINGLE CASTFORM who can ONLY use WEATHER BALL, RAIN DANCE, HAIL, AND SUNNY DAY, with NO ITEMS IN BATTLE!
