Potato Leek Soup
3 T. butter
2 lbs sliced leeks (4 cups)
1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
4 c. chicken or vegetable broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
½ c. sour cream
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (for garnish)
