[ Ссылка ] The doctor convicted over the killing of Michael Jackson has been sentenced to a maximum four years in jail.
Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter earlier this month.
The singer died from an overdose of anaesthetic in 2009.
Judge Michael Pastor made it clear he had no sympathy for Murray.
"The court has determined that the appropriate term is the high term of 4 years of imprisonment. Dr Murray abandoned his patient who was trusting him," he said.
