Do you believe you have empathy? Do you believe that you would have empathy towards someone who had committed a serious crime? Jenny is an Occupational Therapist working in prisons in the UK. In her TEDxNHS talk she encourages us to 'see more' when we experience each other and understand neurodiversity. Jenny is a lead psychiatric occupational therapist and an award-nominated mental health advocate, with extensive experience within the criminal justice sector. Her main areas of focus are workplace wellbeing, mental health and neurodiversity. Also passionate about productivity, Jenny uses her career platform SASA to encourage personal development via accessible resources. Jenny has made it her mission to share her knowledge as explored through facilitating workshops, podcasting and numerous other public speaking engagements across the world. She is invested in supporting the wellbeing of others and her credits include Cosmopolitan, The Independent, Metro and Refinery29.
