This presentation and opportunity for the public to provide comment on the Ala Wai Flood Risk Management Draft General Reevaluation Report and Integrated Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement was held on December 12, 2023 at the Mission Memorial Auditorium in Honolulu.

After opening remarks by Lt. Col. Ryan Pevey and Mayor Rick Blangiardi, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers made a presentation on the plan before opening the floor to public comments on the adequacy of the plan. The Army Corps did not respond to public comments during the meeting, but will respond to them individually in their final report.
