Milk (Doodh) - 1 liter
Coconut Powder - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) - 1/4 tsp
Sugar (Cheeni) - 1/4 cup
MAKE RAS MALAI DOUGH:
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Coconut powder - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1/2 tbsp
Semolina (Sui) - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Egg (anda) - 1 small or half
