Uniqueness: Has been serving traditional seollnongtang (OX bone broth soup) for more than 100 years, it opened in 1904. Part of Michelin Guide Seoul 2018.
Review
This restaurant first opened back in 1907 and has been serving Seolleongtang for over 100 years. Imun Seolleongtang is a very famous restaurant among locals.
Since a couple of years, this restaurant is part of the recommended Michelin guide restaurants in Seoul.
Only a couple of dishes are available in the restaurant and the recommended one to try is the Seolleongtang. This is served with two types of kimchi and seasonings (salt, pepper, chili paste, green onions).
