EU Energy Policy by Jean-Arnold Vinois | FSR Monthly Interview
Jean-Arnold Vinois is Honorary Director of DG Energy. During the spring of 2012, he spent a month at the Florence School of Regulation to discuss and contribute to ongoing research.
In this interview, Leonardo Meeus asks Mr Vinois about the development of Energy Infrastructure Projects in the light of the recently published regulation on Trans European Energy Networks, completing a process that started with the Priority Interconnection Plan in 2007.
