In this episode, we are honoured to have Dr Faeze Rezazade. Dr Faye has been awarded the Certificate of “Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment (FFVA) - Michigan State University” and she is well known for her research in food fraud. In part 1, Dr Faye shares about the challenges faced by international businesses while identifying fraudsters, and how the pandemic has affected food fraud incidents.
